Strong pension s knowledge covering both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes, with a solid understanding of pensions technical legislation, pension calculations, and scheme rules. Experience working in a project team or on projects within a pensions administration team. The ability to assess and understand business requirements, issues, and drivers that impact the project and its delivery. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to accurately diagnose issues and evaluate potential solutions to ensure successful resolution. Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
