Business Analyst

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and driving ERP-based digital transformation initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure ERP solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:·

Evaluate current business processes and recommend ERP-driven improvements.·

Lead requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.·

Develop and implement process optimization strategies within ERP modules (e.g., SAP Business One, ERPNext, etc.).·

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to communicate findings and proposed solutions.·

Perform detailed requirements analysis, documentation, and validation to ensure alignment with project scope.·

Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and ERP consultants for smooth implementation.·

Ensure ERP configurations and customizations meet business, compliance, and operational objectives.·

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet quality and performance standards.·

Track project progress, manage priorities, and ensure timely and successful solution delivery.·

Mentor and support junior analysts and team members to build process understanding.· Stay current with ERP enhancements, automation technologies, and digital transformation tools.·

Generate reports and business insights for management to support decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:·

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.· Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within an ERP implementation or consulting environment.·

Strong understanding of ERP systems, business process mapping, and system integration.· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.·

Ability to document business requirements, create process flow diagrams, and prepare gap analysis reports.·

Experience coordinating between technical and functional teams.·

Proficiency in MS Office tools, project management software, and reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Adajan, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
