Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, requirement gathering, and project management. This role requires working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define clear product requirements, and manage the timely delivery of projects. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical teams.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, requirement gathering, and documentation methods.

• Experience in project management with familiarity in methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.

• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Requirement Gathering:

• Work with stakeholders to identify and understand business needs, goals, and objectives.

• Gather and document detailed business requirements for product features and functionalities.

• Conduct workshops, meetings, and interviews to capture user stories and requirements.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

• Create and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.

• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery.

• Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution and deployment of projects.

Stakeholder Communication

• Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and changes.

• Manage client expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Provide ongoing support and communicate any changes to the project scope or timeline.

• Quality Assurance & Testing: Assist in defining test plans, test cases, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes. Ensure requirements are being met through testing and validation.
