Business Analyst

As a Tech Business / Business Analyst at DXFactor, you will be responsible for participating in ongoing reviews of business processes, developing optimization strategies, and performing requirements analysis. You will also be involved in meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings, as well as documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Your role will require you to effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management, gather critical information from stakeholders, and produce useful reports. Additionally, you will work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. You will also be responsible for performing user acceptance testing, updating procedures, and prioritizing initiatives based on business needs. Serving as a liaison between various stakeholders and ensuring timely completion of projects will also be part of your responsibilities.
