Job Title: Business Analyst – Product Development Location: Baner, Pune Type: Full-time Experience Level: 6+ years Role Overview We are a fast-growing product company developing enterprise-grade solutions for invoice automation, vendor collaboration, and procurement workflows. We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support our functional design and delivery roadmap. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into product features, collaborate with our .NET development team, and ensure end-user expectations are met. Prior experience with Invoice Management Automation (IMA) and Vendor Portal (VP) products is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities • Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. • Convert business needs into clear user stories, functional specs, wireframes, and acceptance criteria. • Collaborate with backend developers to define API contracts, data models, and workflows. • Create and maintain end-to-end process maps and user journeys for key product modules. • Conduct functional testing and support UAT phases by preparing test scenarios and tracking issues. • Maintain structured documentation in JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent tools. • Facilitate sprint ceremonies such as planning, grooming, and retrospectives. • Provide continuous feedback and process improvement suggestions to enhance product usability. Required Skills and Qualifications • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in a product or enterprise solution setting. • Strong experience in documenting functional requirements, user stories, and process flows. • Working knowledge of API structures, JSON/XML, and integration use cases. • Solid understanding of the SDLC, particularly in Agile/Scrum environments.
