What You’ll Do:

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with government officials to identify pain points and project objectives.
Documentation:
Lead requirement gathering sessions and draft BRS, FRS, SRS, and Use Cases.
Process Engineering:
Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes to facilitate seamless digital transformation.
Technical Translation:
Act as the bridge between government stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are met.
Testing & Support:
Support UAT, develop test cases, and provide training to department end-users.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:
4+ years as a BA specifically within IT,
e-Governance
, or Public Sector projects.
Domain Knowledge:
Strong understanding of
G2C, G2B, and G2G
service models.
Toolbox:
Proficiency in
MS Visio, Balsamiq, Figma, JIRA,
or similar process modeling tools.
Compliance Savvy:
Familiarity with government IT policies and data privacy standards.
Communication:
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex administrative environments.
