About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business/Senior Business Analyst to join our Transactional Credit team at PayU Finance. This role is perfect for an analytical professional who thrives on turning data into actionable business insights and driving strategic decision-making in the fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Monitoring & Analytics

Define, monitor, and create alerting systems for critical business metrics
Proactively identify trends and anomalies in portfolio behaviour and suggest solutions

Data-Driven Decision Support

Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex data insights into strategic recommendations
Support leadership in making informed decisions through robust data analysis and business intelligence
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams

Issue Investigation & Solution Development

Identify root cause and conduct deep-dive analysis to investigate business/product issues using funnel analysis, conversion metrics, and other analytical techniques

Business Metrics Ownership

Take ownership of key performance indicators including Customer Retention, Utilization, and other critical business metrics
Design and execute initiatives to improve owned metrics

Ad-hoc Analysis & Campaign Support

Provide analytical support for business teams' ad-hoc data requirements

Business Process Management

Partly Owning and optimizing business processes
Ensuring compliance and process adherence
