Position: - BA Payment Domain - AVP

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and Document technical requirements and business/technical process workflows for various Payment products

2. Participate in Business process re- engineering all the Payments process and related other banking products (transaction banking, trade finance, lending etc.)

3. Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with business and technology stakeholders

4. Liaise with business users to create test plans, manage testing, and track defects, enhancements, and questions

5. Participate in testing and work with technical team to resolve bugs and re-testing for failed tests and training sessions to user’s

6. Participate in other system rollout Phases Training, production Go-live verification, etc.

7. Coordinate with stakeholders to track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies

8. Participate in general BA work including production support and BAU enhancements of in-house business applications

9. Creation of BRD (Business requirement documents).

10. Any other duties as may be assigned by senior management.

Knowledge:

SWIFT payments

Knowledge of domestic payment landscape

Having sound understanding of ISO20022

End to end knowledge about various ISO20022 messages fields / tags specification.

5. Knowledge on Various Products used in Domestic or International Banking Industries

6. Knowledge of Business analyst activities such as creation of BRD documents, Test cases.
