Document the Requirements, Flow and Specifications Develop a solution with the team. Work with the developer on-target Salesforce solutions, leveraging Force.com sites, Apex coding, and other technologies. Compose and contribute to the set of artifacts needed to communicate technical information for both the current team and future maintenance work. Research and share information towards detailed technical decisions within the team, to ensure a technically sound and feasible solution. Ability to understand data and transform in the format that is usable. Good understanding of Integrations. Understanding of SSO Create/Validate/Run the Test Cases  Identify problems within a business, including through using data modelling techniques  Delivery the application the customer requirement and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction  Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction  Perform other duties when designated from time to time  Analyse the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are Experience And Skills  Must have an outgoing personality and skills in speaking, organizing, listening, leadership, communication and decision making.  Well organized and customer focused.  Proficient in Computer (MS Office, SharePoint and CRM tools).  Attention to detail and an ability to work easily with others.  Ability to work independently in a flexible and adaptable manner.  Excellent communication skills, well rounded, well versed with global business practices.
