Key Responsibilities: - Manage the internal data platform to ensure smooth operations and data integrity. - Collaborate with the NPD team to conduct technical analysis on new feature requirements, evaluating feasibility and implications. - Gather and analyze requirements from various stakeholders across different departments for effective decision-making. - Act as the primary contact point for factory stakeholders concerning platform-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in data analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
