Job Responsibilities:

Analysis and Strategy: Analyze business data, processes, and system requirements to identify inefficiencies, opportunities, and solutions.
Requirements Management: Gather and document business and functional requirements, translate them into clear specifications for development teams, and create user stories.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with teams to design and implement solutions that meet business objectives, and support the testing of new processes and systems.
Reporting and Documentation: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings and progress. Maintain clear and organized project documentation.
Project Support: Assist with project management tasks such as planning, monitoring, and ensuring projects stay on track and align with business goals.

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders
