BUSINESS ANALYST

As a member of the team supporting the Business Analysis department, your role will involve evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. You will also be responsible for conducting market research and competitor analysis to uncover potential areas of growth for the business. It is essential to stay updated with IT industry trends and economic developments to contribute effectively to the team. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be a key aspect of your job to drive growth and profitability. Developing and maintaining business models, dashboards, and reports to monitor business performance will be part of your regular tasks. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to present demo sessions to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Business Analysis team in evaluating and improving business processes - Conduct market research and competitor analysis - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions for growth - Develop and maintain business models, dashboards, and reports - Conduct peer reviews of business requirements - Present demo sessions to clients Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field - Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills - Excellent mathematical and creative problem-solving skills - Highly self-motivated and directed - Ability to create detailed reports and deliver presentations - Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment - Ability to manage international clients - Good communication skills In addition to the specified job responsibilities and qualifications, it is important to note that you will be expected to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under pressure.
