Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst specializing in EMS, you will be tasked with developing and executing operational work plans. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the implementation of modules for a new business build, taking charge of various aspects such as plant setup, portfolio strategy, sales strategy, and overall execution. Your industry background should include experience in program management roles, such as Consultant, Associate, or Jr. Program Manager, with a minimum of 2 years in Big 4 or similar management consultancy positions. While experience in EMS is advantageous, a generalist profile with the ability to handle diverse modules and swiftly adapt is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a cross-functional environment with numerous dependencies, particularly focusing on the operational facets of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) line setup. - Establish and enhance processes to ensure a smooth ramp-up, successfully execute roadmaps and projects, and exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including the promoter, to drive the execution of new business initiatives, oversee a small team during startup phases, and achieve key milestones. - Organize and lead forums, conduct regular check-ins, and monitor project progress by defining KPIs and ensuring accountability. - Take ownership of business process analysis, define process and system strategies, document requirements, and plan execution effectively. - Implement frameworks to enforce and align project timelines, milestones, and objectives across functions, thereby delivering high-quality outcomes.
