Business Analyst

We’re on the lookout for a skilled Business Analyst having experience managing UI/UX or digital design project with 2–3 years of experience leading design and development projects. If you have a knack for managing creative teams, a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, and top-notch project management skills, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery of UI/UX projects.
• Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project scope and mitigate scope creep through proactive communication.
• Team Management & Coordination:
• Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and testers, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide clear instructions and feedback to team members to maintain alignment with project objectives.
• Client Interaction:
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is translated into actionable project plans.
• Conduct regular status updates, gather feedback, and manage client expectations.
• Present project deliverables, including prototypes and final designs, to clients.
• Quality Assurance & Usability:
• Ensure all project outputs align with UI/UX best practices and meet usability standards.
• Facilitate user testing sessions and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Maintain consistency across designs in line with brand guidelines and user needs.
• Risk & Budget Management:
• Identify risks early and develop contingency plans to address them.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Analyze project performance and implement process improvements for future initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in UI/UX design and project management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Project Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience managing UI/UX or digital design projects.
• Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design processes is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interaction.
• Must have prior experience as a Program Manager in a UI/UX design studio or any design studio
