Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with software implementation at client locations in Auranagabad.
• Help create detailed project timelines and assist in managing customer expectations.
• Support the creation of process documentation, such as Statement of Work (SOW) and Blueprints, based on client requirements.
• Observe and understand the logistics operations of our customers to ensure efficient implementation of CargoFL’s software solutions.
• Assist in managing logistics-related operational issues and propose relevant solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of meetings, including minutes, using tools like Excel and create PPT flowcharts and presentations.
• Participate in client meetings and support project leads with communication between internal developers, quality analysts, and customers.
• Support internal teams by identifying client-specific customizations and helping to communicate those requirements to the technical team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports and ensure client updates are regularly provided.
• Coordinate and conduct online and offline software training sessions for clients as per requirements.
• Handle logistical support, including assisting with booking transport and accommodations for site visits (expenses covered by the company).
• Ensure proactive communication with both clients and internal teams, updating them on the progress of projects.
• Assist with post-implementation support and troubleshooting for ongoing projects.
  

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to create professional presentations and reports (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to travel across client locations as required (all expenses covered).
• Experience with project management tools.
