Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analysts Integration, who are passionate about enabling seamless enterprise workflows through smart process design, data integrations, and automation.

You will lead requirement gathering, integration blueprinting, API-based solution design, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement systems that are efficient, automated, and scalable. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of Indias top blue-chip companies in the supply chain and logistics domain, helping them digitize and integrate processes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of integration projects across client accounts from discovery and requirement gathering to go-live and post-launch support.
  • Interact with SuperProcure clients to analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and discover integration opportunities (via APIs, automation scripts, or 3rd-party tools).
  • Conduct Business Requirements Workshops with clients; document and prioritize functional and technical requirements
  • Prepare the TO-BE process blueprints and integration flows; map them to SuperProcure product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design integration logic, including API mapping, data transformation, and automation triggers.
  • Create detailed functional specs and obtain client sign-offs.
  • Assist in testing the integration end-to-end, building UAT scenarios, and validating data accuracy.
  • Conduct user training and support change management planning.
  • Participate in client reviews, feedback loops, and ensure consistent customer success throughout the engagement.
  • Assist Project Manager to clearly scope and track projects, develop and assign workstreams, maintain a steady pace, and ensure reliable delivery


Key Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent; MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Integration Analyst, or Functional Consultant role.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs: knowledge of REST APIs, payload structures (JSON/XML), authentication methods, and API documentation tools.
  • Exposure to integration or workflow tools (e.g., Postman, Zapier, Make, Integromat, Boomi, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Google Apps Script or JavaScript for scripting automation using Google Workspace tools.
  • Prior experience working with SAP, TMS, ERP, or logistics platforms is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Travelling to Client Site as and when required

  • Documentation & Design: Draw.io, Lucidchart, Adobe XD, Figma
  • APIs & Automation: Postman, Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make, RESTful services
