QA Engineer

Location: Hyderabad, India

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join the AIris engineering team. AIris is Infor’s GenAI-powered centralized knowledge hub designed to integrate, understand, and surface insights from diverse content sources. This role requires strong test automation skills, deep attention to quality, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into testable solutions.

You will work closely under the guidance of a team leader and collaborate across cross-functional engineering groups within Infor’s GenAI and Infor OS ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Selenium and related frameworks.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for web and/or backend applications.
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test documentation.
Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using standard defect management tools.
Contribute to business analysis activities, including gathering functional requirements, documenting use cases, and supporting user acceptance testing.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
Hands-on experience with QA test automation using Selenium (mandatory).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability and willingness to take on a dual role as Business Analyst when needed.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with API automation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Exposure to performance or security testing tools.
