We are second to none in our space and are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join our team. As a member of our team, you will help to improve upon and lead our post-sale efforts for Implementation by working directly with new customers alongside the implementation manager, as well as a variety of other internal departments. The right person in this role will be passionate about making customers successful by solving their business challenges with technical solutions. You care about getting it done and getting it done right, and you make sure customers quickly find value and love our products.Our Business Analysts are experts with our products and processes. They analyze customer requirements, leverage product expertise and share best practices to help establish a customer’s new process and our place at the top of the legal technology space.
Role And Responsibilities
- Work with an implementation manager to create requirement documents for implementation.
- Assist the implementation manager in implementation, which includes requirement documentation, requirement gathering, implementation design , UAT testing, handling issues, and change requests.
- Collaborate with implementation developers to ensure the deliverable matches the scope and client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal resources for the smooth execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
- Ensure the customer will be a positive reference to other customers/prospects.
Required Skills
- 3+ year of experience in business analysis.
- 3-5 years of overall IT experience.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand business requirements and expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous roles in a customer-facing environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- General understanding of programming fundamentals.
- Strong team player with proven ability to work with teams across geos.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and general documentation proficiency.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize across several projects simultaneously.
Desired Skills
- REST API Experience.
- Understanding of XML.
- Experience with finance systems.
- Experience in a B2B software environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Master’s degree in management would be a plus.
