About The Role
We are looking for a
Business Analyst
with strong expertise in
Talent and Performance Management
systems to support ongoing and new initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from gathering requirements to delivery, ensuring alignment with
Agile principles
and best practices.This role is perfect for a proactive professional who enjoys translating business needs into actionable technical requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Must-have responsibilities (primary, day-to-day)
- Elicit, document and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders; translate into clear user stories, epics and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and support backlog grooming and sprint execution.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines and outcomes.
- Perform gap analysis, process modeling and quick prototypes to validate proposed solutions and drive decision-making.
- Coordinate and support system, integration and user acceptance testing to validate deliverables against requirements.
- Identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate and document contingency plans to minimize impact on timelines.
- Provide regular progress updates, status reports and risk assessments to stakeholders and project leads.
Nice-to-have Responsibilities
- Support configuration and optimization activities within Talent and Performance Management modules of HCM platforms.
- Develop higher-fidelity prototypes and detailed process documentation to accelerate implementation handovers.
- Assist with integration design considerations, data mapping and vendor coordination where applicable.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity efforts across teams.
- Mentor junior BAs or coordinate cross-functional knowledge-sharing sessions.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.
- Demonstrated experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, specifically Talent and Performance Management modules.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology, including sprint facilitation.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in prototyping, process modeling, and quality assurance testing.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP) is an advantage.
- Prior experience working with global teams in a distributed setup.
