Business Analyst

• 2–5 years of relevant experience interacting with clients to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, FSDs, user stories, workflows, and use cases.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Lead requirement analysis sessions, workshops, and client presentations.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verify deliverables align with client expectations.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Proficient in MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile.
