Job Description

As a talented and hardworking Business Analyst, your role will involve understanding the documentation part of every project. Your key responsibilities will include: - Requirement Gathering: Understanding the client's requirements and business processes. Coordinating with the design and development team. - Analyzing client's business requirements & processes through document analysis & workflow analysis. - Providing input into developing & modifying the system to meet client needs. - Responsible for the creation of SRS, BRD, FRD. - Assisting in the creation of Proposals. - Conducting Gap Analysis. - Conducting meetings to keep track of the ongoing project. - Performing manual testing to ensure the software is flawless. - Identifying & reconciling errors to ensure accurate business requirements. Requirements: - Experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions before deployment. - Proficiency in both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies. - Exposure in the ERP/CRM domain. - Experience in communicating with clients and handling their queries and concerns. - Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and work with minimal supervision. - Excellent communication skills with experience as a coordinator between client and offshore team.
