Job Description

The selected intern will be responsible for interacting with clients on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations. You will educate clients regularly to help them become more familiar and comfortable with the platform. Providing application support to clients based on their needs will also be a key part of your role. Building strong and trustworthy relationships with clients through consistent communication is essential. Additionally, you will be involved in strategizing lead generation and conversion, as well as handling customer onboarding, training, and reminders for renewals.
