Customer Success Internship

As a Client Onboarding Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in efficiently onboarding clients onto the SmartSense platform. Your responsibilities will include creating interactive dashboards & customized reports, ensuring client satisfaction, and effective communication with stakeholders. **Responsibilities:** - Onboard new clients onto the SmartSense platform as per scope document requirements. - Ensure seamless transition for clients and address any concerns promptly. - Develop customized dashboards and Excel reports to meet client needs. - Provide accurate and clear reporting for informed decision-making. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand their requirements. - Deliver solutions aligning with stakeholder expectations and project objectives. - Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and internal teams. - Provide training to clients on SmartSense platform functionalities. - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in onboarding. - Offer constructive feedback to product and development teams for enhancements. **Qualifications and Skills required:** - A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory. - Interest and experience in client onboarding, reporting, and stakeholder management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications. - Experience with dashboard and data visualization tools. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI and Tableau is a plus. - Basic understanding of energy management and sustainability principles. - Technical knowledge will be considered advantageous for the role.,
