Business Analyst

As a Digital Transformation Specialist at Equitrax Corporate Ventures, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Have a very good understanding of Digital Technologies and their potential to transform businesses. - Analyze business requirements and create software design requirements. - Confirm the feasibility of automation for client projects and define the necessary stages for development. - Understand client requirements by studying business processes and SOP documents. - Evaluate processes and provide recommendations for automation enhancements. - Support full lifecycle development and implementation of Digital products/projects including Analysis, Documentation, User manual creation, Training, and Post-implementation support. - Identify tasks with automation potential in collaboration with production teams and customers and implement automation and other applicable technologies. - Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, functional specifications, and requirements statements. - Conduct Process Mapping and Documentation, liaise with stakeholders to review process improvements. - Ensure relevant groups/teams are briefed on requirements for support and change management. - Partner with customers to identify standard or customized solutions that meet their Digital Strategy requirements. - Publish white papers, collaterals, reference material individually or in collaboration with Leaders. - Prepare RFI/RFP responses, sales collateral such as capability decks, proposal templates, case studies, standardizing application demos individually or in collaboration with other teams. - Provide Pre-Sales support including Solution Demos and highlighting solution capabilities/KPIs. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of equivalent experience. - Fluency in Microsoft Office suite, Software Development & Project Management tools. - Strong written, verbal, collaboration, and negotiation skills.,
