Business Analyst - Deep Tech

You should have a very good understanding of Digital Technologies and how they can transform the business. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and creating software design requirements. It will be your task to understand the client projects, confirm the feasibility of automation for the processes in scope, and define the stages needed to develop automation. You must understand the client requirement by studying the business process and SOP documents. Evaluating processes and providing recommendations for automation enhancements will also be part of your responsibilities. In this role, you will support the full lifecycle development and implementation of Digital products/projects, including Analysis, Documentation, User manual creation, Training, and Post-implementation support. Identifying tasks with automation potential together with production teams and customers, as well as implementing automation and other applicable technologies, will be crucial. You will also be responsible for preparing business cases, feasibility studies, functional specifications, and requirements statements. Process Mapping and Documentation, as well as liaising with relevant stakeholders to review possible improvements to processes and procedures, will be important tasks. Ensuring that the relevant groups/teams are fully briefed with respect to requirements relating to support and change management is also part of the role. Partnering with customers to identify the best standard or customized solutions covering complex solutions that meet their requirements in terms of Digital Strategy is essential. Additionally, you will be expected to publish white papers, collaterals, reference materials individually or in collaboration with Leaders. Preparing RFI/RFP responses, sales collateral such as capability decks, proposal templates, case studies, standardizing application demos individually or in collaboration with other teams, will also be required. Pre-Sales support activities will involve Solution Demo and highlighting capabilities/KPIs of the solution. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of equivalent experience. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite, Software Development & Project Management tools, as well as strong written, verbal, collaboration, and negotiation skills are necessary for this role.
