Description
Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding digital technologies and how they can transform businesses. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements, creating software design requirements, and confirming the feasibility of automation for processes. You will also evaluate processes, provide recommendations for automation enhancements, and support the full lifecycle development of digital products/projects. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and create software design requirements - Confirm feasibility of automation for processes and define development stages - Evaluate processes and provide recommendations for automation enhancements - Support full lifecycle development of digital products/projects - Identify tasks with automation potential and implement applicable technologies - Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and functional specifications - Conduct process mapping and liaise with stakeholders for process improvements - Ensure relevant teams are briefed on support and change management requirements - Partner with customers to identify customized solutions for their digital strategy - Publish white papers, collaterals, and reference materials - Prepare RFI/RFP responses, sales collateral, and standardize application demos - Perform pre-sales support activities such as solution demos and highlighting solution capabilities/KPIs Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of equivalent experience - Fluency in Microsoft Office suite, software development, and project management tools - Strong written, verbal, collaboration, and negotiation skills Company Details: Equitrax Corporate Ventures is the organization that posted this job opportunity.
