Business Analyst - Deep Tech

Responsibilities

• Very good understanding of Digital Technologies and how they can transform the business;
• Analyses of business requirements and create software design requirements;
• Understand the client projects, confirm the feasibility of the automation for the processes in scope, and define the stages needed to develop automation;
• Understand the client requirement by studying the business process and SOP document(s);
• Evaluate processes and provide recommendations for automation enhancements;
• Support full lifecycle development and implementation of the Digital product(s) / project(s) including Analysis, Documentation, User manual creation, Training and Post implementation support;
• Identify tasks with automation potential together with production team(s) and customer(s) and implement automation and other applicable technologies;
• Preparing business cases, feasibility studies, functional specifications and requirements statement(s);
• Process Mapping and Documentation / Liaise with relevant stakeholders to review possible improvements to processes and procedures;
• Ensure that the relevant group(s) / team(s) are fully briefed with respect to requirements relating to support and change management;
• Partner with our customers to identify the best standard or customised solution covering complex solutions that meets their requirements in terms of Digital Strategy;
• Publish white papers, Collaterals, reference material individually / in collaboration with Leaders;
• Prepare RFI/ RFP responses, sales collateral such as capability decks, proposal templates, case studies, standardising application demos individually / in collaboration with other team(s);
• Pre-Sales support will involve the following activities to be performed by an individual: a) Solution Demo b) Highlight capabilities / KPI(s) of the solution.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of equivalent experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite, Software Development & Project Management tools
• Strong written, verbal, collaboration and negotiation skills
