Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, defining project requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of software products and services. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
Develop detailed business requirements documents, use cases, user stories, and other documentation as needed.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, brainstorm solutions, and drive consensus.
Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business value, feasibility, and technical constraints.
Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with requirements gathering techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is preferred but not required.
