Job Description

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the technology industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead the sales process from lead generation to closure, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and negotiating contracts.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions to meet client needs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and threats.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue targets, and sales forecasts.
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the sales team to drive performance and achieve targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business development.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the technology industry.
Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth, with a strong network of contacts in the industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex business challenges.
Experience in managing and mentoring a sales team is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel as needed.
