Business Analyst cum Project Coordinator

As a Business Analyst or Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing Web/Mobile Application Development Projects. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams throughout the Complete SDLC. You will lead a team of Developers, Testers, and Designers, ensuring their work is on track and accurate. Effective project management skills are crucial as you drive the project forward, facing and resolving challenges that may arise during implementation. Your technical expertise will be essential in researching and resolving blocking issues efficiently. It is imperative to ensure project delivery on time by persuading team members to align with working schedules. Proficiency in Databases (such as SQL Server, MySQL) is required to define detailed requirements and manage the User Interface interaction effectively. Experience in Database Administration and Basic Database Queries is mandatory. You will be responsible for creating project plans, setting milestones, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress within the team. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel) is necessary for maintaining project processes. Familiarity with version control software like GitHub or Bitbucket is mandatory for effective project management. Interacting with clients for requirement gathering, project updates, and business analysis will be part of your responsibilities. You will verify tasks performed by the Designing Team, Developers, and QA Testers and conduct thorough testing when necessary. Excellent interpersonal, documentation, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in spoken and written English. Experience in communicating with clients in the USA is advantageous. Working well under pressure and thriving in a startup environment with flexible working hours is crucial.
