Business Analyst cum Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst cum Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making, business process improvements, and cross-functional analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data interpretation, reporting, visualization, requirement gathering, and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
• Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
• Provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

2. Business Analysis

• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Convert business requirements into functional specifications.
• Support process improvement initiatives and solution implementation.

3. Data Visualization & Insights

• Create visually appealing dashboards for management and teams.
• Present insights through graphs, charts, and summaries.
• Translate raw data into intuitive business-friendly visuals.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, finance, marketing, and technology teams.
• Provide analytical support for business planning, strategy, and performance reviews.
• Assist in project execution and monitoring.

5. Tools & Technical Skills

• Proficient in Excel (Advanced), SQL, Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience with data cleaning, modelling, and visualization.
• Understanding of databases, APIs, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Statistics, Economics, IT, or relevant fields
• 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Certification in Data Analytics / Business Analysis (optional but added advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
