Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UI skill HTML CSS JavaScript and Web UI technologies including IoT-ReactJS vue3 and accessibility. This role involves analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions ensuring seamless integration and functionality of web applications.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret complex business requirements to develop effective technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed requirements for web-based applications.
Design and implement user-friendly web interfaces using HTML CSS and JavaScript to enhance user experience.
Develop and maintain web applications utilizing IoT-ReactJS to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
Utilize Adobe Admin UI to manage and customize web content ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to identify and resolve any issues or defects.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for web applications ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve web application development.
Ensure all web applications comply with company standards and best practices for security and accessibility.
Collaborate with the IT team to integrate web applications with existing systems and databases.
Document all processes and procedures related to web application development for future reference.
Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality web solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in HTML CSS and JavaScript for developing dynamic web applications.
Demonstrate proficiency in IoT-ReactJS for building interactive and responsive user interfaces.
Have experience with Adobe Admin UI for managing and customizing web content.
Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements.
Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders.
