Job Description

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and requirements

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and research

Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams

Assist in the design and development of business models, workflows, and process maps

Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed changes and initiatives

Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives

Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding

Assist in user acceptance testing and support the resolution of any issues or defects

Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and recommend process improvements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Proven experience of 01-05 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in the IT industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels

Solid understanding of business processes, requirements gathering techniques, and process modeling tools

Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies

Strong documentation and report writing skills

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management principles

Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing concepts

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
