Immediate HR Generalist Openings Noida & Hyderabad

TGH Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive HR generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience and a strong interest in HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment support. This role offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions while working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition and positive employee experience.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and support audit readiness.
• Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, ensuring compliance across the organization.
• Coordinate employee engagement programs, events, and internal communication activities.
• Assist with the performance management cycle.
• Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations related to attendance, leave, and documentation.
• Collaborate with various teams to support training and development initiatives.
• Handle sensitive employee data with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of core HR functions and labor laws is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A positive, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exposure to HRMS tools will be an added advantage.
