Business Development Executive

TGH Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Executive/Manager to drive our sales efforts.

Role & responsibilities

• Comprehensive Lead Research: Proactively research and identify high-potential leads using LinkedIn, industry events, and various online tools. Conduct initial prospect analysis to qualify leads according to ideal customer profiles.
• Strategic Outreach & Engagement: Develop personalized outreach strategies, leveraging multiple channels, including calls, emails, and social media, to engage with potential customers effectively.
• Lead Qualification & Handoff: Assess and qualify leads based on established criteria, collaborating with account executives to transition these leads smoothly into actionable sales opportunities.
• Sales Funnel Optimization: Work closely with sales leadership to refine lead scoring, develop funnel stages, and identify opportunities for enhanced conversion rates within the sales funnel.
• Market Intelligence Gathering: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide insights that shape TGHs sales strategies and product positioning.
• Sales Playbook Development: Contribute to the creation and refinement of outreach scripts, email templates, and playbooks to ensure consistent messaging and effective prospect engagement.
• Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as response rates, conversion rates, and lead-to-opportunity ratios to optimize the sales development strategy.
• Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams: Act as a bridge between sales and marketing to ensure lead quality, effective follow-up, and alignment on strategic messaging.
• Pipeline Forecasting & Reporting: Assist in forecasting by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of lead statuses, actively updating the CRM, and reporting to sales management on key metrics.

Skills Required

Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, SalesQL, or any CRM tool.
