Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and users.
• Analyze stakeholders' needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management on project status and findings.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Support the testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Write manuals , documentations , user guides , software specification , software technical content

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role in the IT industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
