About the Role-:

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities-:

Business Process Analysis:
Analyze and document workflows, create flowcharts, and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
Process Automation:
Design and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
Data Analysis:
Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, problems, and actionable insights.
Solution Design:
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and support the implementation of new processes and technology solutions.
Reporting & Documentation:
Develop reports, dashboards, and detailed documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications-:

Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
Strong
problem-solving mindset
with the ability to translate business challenges into solutions.
Proven experience in
process automation
(Excel automation, VBA, RPA tools, macros, or equivalent).
Advanced
Excel skills
(pivot tables, lookups, formulas, dashboards).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills-:

Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Exposure to ERP/CRM systems or workflow automation platforms.
