Job Summary

The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This individual will oversee a team of analysts, ensure the integrity of data, develop insightful reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous professional growth.
• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business outcomes.
• Reporting: Design, develop, and deliver reports and dashboards to stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and other departments to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Data Governance: Ensure the integrity, security, and accuracy of data through quality control processes and best practices.
• Project Management: Oversee analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance data analytics capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• BTech/BCA - Advanced degrees/certifications are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable to communicate with foreign clients and US team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Candidate must be open to night shift.
