Position Summary & Scope

The role involves providing strategic support to the leadership team through high-quality PowerPoint presentations, data analysis, and functional-level corporate communications. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and insights, and preparing visually compelling and data-driven reports to support decision-making.

Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)

• Preparation of corporate presentations: Support the function in day-to-day analytical needs by preparing high-quality, visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate insights and performance metrics.
• Data visualization: Create impactful visuals and dashboards to present complex data in a clear and concise manner, enabling better decision-making and audience engagement.
• Data analyse: Interpret and analyse functional data using Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Power BI or similar tools will be an added advantage for generating deeper insights.
• Prepare corporate communications: Draft and edit functional-level communications with clarity and professionalism. Strong command of written and spoken English is essential

Qualification

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Science graduate
• Proficiency in Data visualization platforms
