The candidate will perform L1 production support responsibilities and work closely with Application Manager.
- Raise Service Requests to procure business user requirements
- Tracking and resolving Production Issues and providing RCA.
- Creation of reports using data extraction from Service NOW and other portals
- Good business knowledge of F&A or other areas
- Strong Client Communications
