Join us as a Business Analyst This is a fantastic opportunity to put your business analytical skills to the test You’ll be taking on a new and exciting challenge, identifying solutions and having a tangible effect on our function As a key member of our team, you’ll enjoy extensive collaboration and can expect great visibility for you and your work We're offering this role at associate vice president level What you'll do As a Business Analyst, you’ll be supporting the identification of solutions that deliver value to stakeholders and lead in the definition and realisation of solutions, processes, benefits, avoidance of cost, identification of new opportunities, understanding of required capabilities and modelling the organisation. You’ll Also Be Creating and maintaining documentation as well as supporting controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers Identifying and supporting cut-over and implementation tasks Tracing and linking business requirements to future state design Creating and executing test scenarios and test scripts at various stages of the project in order to validate the solution design Facilitating user acceptance testing and supporting business users in executing the user acceptance testing Building, managing and maintaining a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions The skills you'll need You’ll need ten years of expereince in managing stakeholder relationships, enhancing efficiency, delivering insightful reports that drive strategic decision-making and utilise applications such as Jira, Excel, and Confluence to manage projects and streamline workflows. You'll also oversee and maintain finance controls, ensuring compliance and accuracy within the department, engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that support business objectives and develop and generate comprehensive reports for finance boards, service boards, people boards, and risk management committees. You’ll Also Need Strong understanding of finance controls and risk management principles. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Proficient in report creation and data analysis, with advanced skills in Excel. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and collaboration platforms like Confluence. Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to identify and implement efficiencies. Knowledge of technical systems and processes related to server billing and upgrades is advantageous.
