Business Analyst

Purpose/Objective

To provide comprehensive oversight and assurance for real estate project execution by monitoring and coordinating across all critical functions—design, statutory approvals, construction, sales, revenue realization, budget adherence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and customer processes.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Project Monitoring & Governance - Track end-to-end project progress across design, approvals, construction, and sales functions. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Risk Management - Identify potential risks and bottlenecks impacting project delivery. - Implement corrective actions to mitigate risks related to cost, quality, and schedule. Cross-Functional Coordination - Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams (Design, Construction, Sales, Finance) and external stakeholders. - Resolve interdepartmental issues to maintain project momentum. Regulatory & Compliance Assurance - Monitor statutory approvals and regulatory clearances to avoid delays. - Ensure compliance with legal and environmental norms. Financial Oversight - Track budget utilization and financial KPIs. - Support revenue realization and cost optimization initiatives. Customer Process Assurance - Oversee customer-related processes to ensure timely handovers and satisfaction. - Address escalations impacting customer experience. Reporting & Analytics - Prepare periodic dashboards and reports for senior management. - Provide insights for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Business Administration or any related area. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development.
