Business Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

• identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in software solutions, SaaS products, and custom applications.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and strategic account management.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored technology solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and online research.
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and product demos to clients.
• Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and regularly report on sales activities and pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of proven experience in software/SaaS/solution sales or IT services sales.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of local business ecosystems in Jaipur, Lucknow, or Bhopal is a plus.
