Job Description

Key roles & responsibilities:

1.

  • Identify and acquire potential HNI/UHNI Accounts, including independent professionals, White coloured professionals, New-generation Entrepreneurs, etc.
  • Identify prospects through referrals and hunting new leads, conduct preliminary meetings, and organise detailed meetings, involving Wealth Management & Investment Advisory team.
  • Ensure smooth and seamless Client Account onboarding process and compliance requirement for the newly acquired Account.

2.

  • Nurture a strong Client-Business relation through; professional service experience, long-term trust, continued engagement with a client always first approach.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Client Portfolio, review portfolio performance on a regular basis and take in-house assistance from Wealth Management & Investment Advisory team.
  • Undertake regular Client meetings, for portfolio performance review and fresh addition to AUM, seeking opportunities for new business leads and client referrals.

3.

  • The accounts that you Service, and the AUM under these Account are part of your business developed. We motivate entrepreneurial approach, and define month-on-month performance review and new business strategy as an integral part of your responsibility.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client accounts, KYC and other compliance documents, and utilise other in-house professional services towards organic & inorganic business growth.
  • Co-ordinate between Clients & Accounts/Back-office team in solely your responsibility to ensure seamless transactions/payments and pleasant service experience for your client.

Eligibility criteria:

1.

  • Graduate/post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or Business.
  • NISM Certification in any stream would add to your credentials, candidates without such certifications would have to obtain the mandatory certifications within two months of joining.

2.

  • 15 years of experience in direct marketing (Mutual fund / PMS), Wealth Mgmt. firms, and/or Financial service business in the capacity of Sales / Relationship Management / Business Development.
  • Fresh post-graduates with strong conviction for this role, and a sound qualification as welcome.

Required skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound understanding of Finance / Investment / Wealth Management business
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficiency in using mutual fund transaction platforms and/or CRMs
