Client Account Acquisition Identify and acquire potential HNI/UHNI Accounts, including independent professionals etc. Identify prospects through referrals and hunting new leads, conduct preliminary meetings, and organise detailed meetings, involving the Wealth Management & Investment Advisory team. Ensure a smooth and seamless Client Account onboarding process and compliance requirements for the newly acquired Account. 2. Client Servicing & Relationship Management Nurture a strong Client-Business relation through; professional service experience, long-term trust, continued engagement with a client always first approach. Undertake regular Client meetings, for portfolio performance review and fresh addition to AUM, seeking opportunities for new business leads and client referrals. 3. Revenue & Performance Tracking The accounts that you Service, and the AUM under these Account are part of your business developed. We motivate entrepreneurial approach, and define month-on-month performance review and new business strategy as an integral part of your responsibility. Maintain up-to-date records of client accounts, KYC and other compliance documents, and utilise other in-house professional services towards organic & inorganic business growth. Co-ordinate between Clients & Accounts/Back-office team in solely your responsibility to ensure seamless transactions/payments and pleasant service experience for your client. Preferred candidate profile 1. Education Qualification: Graduate/post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or Business. NISM Certification in any stream would add to your credentials, candidates without such certifications would be supported for achieving one. 2. Professional Experience: Experience in direct marketing (Mutual fund / PMS), Wealth Mgmt. firms, and/or Financial service business in the capacity of Sales / Relationship Management / Business Development. Fresh post-graduates with strong conviction for this role, and a sound qualification are welcome.
