Job Overview The Business Acquisition Executive will be responsible for expanding the company’s international client base across multiple industries and regions. The role requires strong networking, and present recruitment solutions to overseas clients. The candidate will play a key role in generating revenue and establishing the organization as a preferred global recruitment partner. Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Identify, target, and onboard new international clients across multiple sectors •⁠ ⁠Work on strategies to get new geographic markets (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Europe, Asia-Pacific, etc.). •⁠ ⁠International lead generation through digital platforms, cold calling, emails, and industry networks. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal recruitment & compliance teams to fulfill client requirements efficiently. •⁠ ⁠Maintain consistent communication with overseas clients and nurture long-term partnerships. Skills & Qualifications •⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration / HR / Marketing (preferred). •⁠ ⁠1–5 years of experience in international business development or recruitment sales. •⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to handle global clients professionally. •⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Office, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
