Customer Support Executives

Location:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle international airline customer queries via

    chat and/or voice

  • Assist customers with:
    • Flight bookings & modifications
    • Cancellations & refunds
    • Baggage & travel-related queries
  • Provide excellent customer service experience
  • Follow airline policies and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation is mandatory

    (any discipline)
  • Minimum 6 months experience

    in an

    International process

    (BPO/Customer Support)
  • Excellent

    English communication skills

    (written & verbal)
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts
  • Immediate joiners preferred
