Buisness Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities related to life, health, and general insurance. You will play a crucial role in policy handling, renewals, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Generate leads, follow up on new business opportunities, and set up client meetings.
• Create proposals, pitch presentations, and business plans for potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Report on business development activities, sales performance, and pipeline progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Confidence in making cold calls and handling client objections.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
