About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our Direct Sales team. In this role, you will leverage your hunting, analytical, and negotiation skills to acquire new clients, particularly SMEs, and advise them on the best CRM solutions for their business needs. You will manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals — and ensure smooth onboarding of customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage leads, initiate contact, and qualify potential clients.
• Analyse customer needs, business activities, challenges, and pain points.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations of CRM software aligned with customer requirements.
• Prepare customised quotations and negotiate contract terms.
• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead acquisition to client onboarding.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Profile

• Strong business knowledge and commercial acumen.
• Genuine interest in IT and software solutions.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Prior experience in Sales or Consultancy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
