Buisness Development Executive

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) Only Females
Location: Noida, Sector 63
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Shift Timings: Rotational shifts ( WFH will be provided when required not on permanently basis )

• Day Shift: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Rotational Shifts)

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented female Business Development Executives with excellent communication skills in English. The candidate should be adaptable to rotational shifts and capable of driving business growth by engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
• Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales/lead targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth on boarding of clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• On Site Job Role in Noida Sector 63.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (day & night).
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Graduate in BBA, MBA, PGDM discipline
• Prior experience in business development / telesales / inside sales will be an added advantage.
• Experience: 0-1 year
